So I'm trying to file my son's taxes, this is the 3rd time I've done them, its a simple free return. This year it is giving me an error on his KY state return, saying there is no SSN for dependent child care provider!?! What, he doesn't even have any dependents. So I do the live chat deal, I get connected to a "specialist", then an "expert" all to find out its a problem with KY and I have to wait until it's resolved to file his returns....OR I can print his KY state & mail it, which I might do because he owes them anyway.
