Wmr bars disappeared and 152 topic is gone says still being processed and no other info I called the irs refund and it only said recieved your taxes being processed check back I.this is 2 weeks after I had 1 bar being processed and poof gone no letters.

Turbo Tax does not receive any updates on your refund once it is accepted. The only thing to do is to watch the Where's My Refund website, or call and speak to an IRS representative.

The IRS has only 3 steps  ... you will remain in the received (accepted for processing) with or without the bar actually showing ... many will see messages instead which is the same thing.  A lot will happen internally at the IRS until step 2 the refund is APPROVED for dispersal.  Think of the processing as a pipeline with filters ... some returns will slide straight through quickly and some returns will be caught in one or more filters which will require more time to clear. Processing time may be only a day or as much as several weeks if they send a letter for more information.  Once the return passes all the reviews the refund is cleared for payout. 

It would be nice if the IRS had a more comprehensive tracking system but for now this is all the IRS  has so patience will be needed as the IRS does it's job.

I had the same, I'm past 21 days and called the IRS today the lady told me my return was in the error resolution department now, no letters have been sent to me she verified that, unsure why that would happen I didn't claim any stimulus rebates, my return is no different then last year..bizarre, also apparently this will take upto 10 weeks to process lol thought Turbotax double checked my return for accuracy 🤔

The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review.

Some state returns will stay Pending for several days or even longer, especially with the IRS filing delay and backlog this tax season due to COVID closing the offices and leaving the IRS with very few employees working for the past year. The IRS has not stated how long returns can or will remain in pending status.

Same thing happened to me as well, I have tried to google search anything that might relate to my circumstance but nothing yet. Haven't received any letters or anything, makes me wonder why pay the extra money for turbo tax and not be able to get information related to this issue.

If anything changes for you please post an update.
