Will my stimulus check be direct deposited onto my TurboTax card?

People are already getting deposits. Turbo tax should have an answer for us already this is ridiculous! Guess where I won't be doing my taxes next year. There are plenty of sites to use besides turbo tax.

The way they are doing deposits are random so some of us might get them now or tomorrow or the next day it’s a lot of ppl they have to release money to so right when you are checking for it anymore it will be there be patient Love!

The IRS will issue direct deposits to taxpayers that requested a direct deposit disbursement or applied for a new debit card when they prepared their own return online. An IRS-issued check will be mailed to taxpayers that requested a check printed from their tax professional's office, Walmart Direct2Cash or a Walmart MoneyCard issued by their tax professional.

If a payment is returned to the IRS (Ex. bank account is closed), the IRS will mail a check to the taxpayer.

This what I copied and pasted from Santa Barbara Bank who is actually the distributor of Green Dot. Since Turbo Tax wouldnt answer questions hopefully this helps.

Also not directed at you just something I just researched, when they collect fees thru your refund all of your refund is not technically deposited in sbgta basically it works like when you divide your deposit into two accounts the fees go to sbgta account and the rest is released to your account

Do you have an answer yet?  If you got an advance will you still get your stimulus on your turbo prepaid card?

I just read the link in the reply above yours on What do I need to know about Stimulus, and it says that the stimulus will be deposit on the turbotax debit card. Not sure why Turbotax can't just say that, but it was in the link they provided. Hope this helps!

If that’s how you received your refund it will be deposited on there! I used turbo tax the last two years but if you used your personal checking that’s how you will receive it!

This is ridiculous. Can't get a straight answer from anyone. There are people who are not working with multiple children that were already struggling so the gov. is giving us money that thanks to TurboTax we might not get for months. I'm in a group on fb where there are 20,000 people that swear they'll never use turbotax again even if it's deposited just because of the way TurboTax is evading their PAYING CUSTOMERS! IM ONE OF THEM!

When will you know if the stimulas checks will be deposited on our cards?? If not I need to change my banking info.
