They will give a date when you check the refund status. It's possible for them to but it's not likely that your bank will approve the deposit on President's day.

Only if your bank has already received it and is pending the funds so that the funds will be available for your use.

Today is 2/5/2020 and I checked on the IRS site and I now have a DD for 2/20.  I filed on 1/27/20 and got accepted the same day.  No EIC or Path.  Just single and the usual deductions.

Correction.  I meant to say 2/15/20 is when the IRS showed the DD for 2/20
