Turbo Card and Stimulus Deposits - What you need to know

In order to deliver money as quickly as possible to those who need it, the IRS is sending stimulus payments to eligible taxpayers who filed a tax return in either 2019 or 2018 and chose to receive their refund via direct deposit into their checking account.  These taxpayers will automatically have their stimulus payment deposited into the account they received their refund.

We have not yet received confirmation from the IRS on whether they will be putting stimulus payments on prepaid debit cards.  However, we have noticed that the IRS has started depositing stimulus payments on some prepaid debit cards for taxpayers that chose to receive their refund through that method in tax year 2019 or 2018.  If you received your refund on a prepaid debit card in tax year 2019 or 2018, here is what you need to know:

• I have access to my debit card: If you have access to your debit card (most people), there is nothing more you need to do.  If the IRS deposits a stimulus payment onto your prepaid debit card, you will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit.
• I don’t have access to my debit card: If you received a notification that you will be receiving your stimulus payment from the IRS on your prepaid debit card and no longer have access to it, we will have information coming shortly.  We encourage you to visit this site, where we are continually updating with the latest information and guidance. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we are committed to helping our customers get access to their stimulus payment as fast as possible.

TURBOTAX IS AWFUL SERVICE!

I research all their "so called information " and they assured customers that had their 2019 tax return deposited to Turbotax VISA debit card accounts(VIA DIRECT DEPOSIT, I checked my return and confirmed banking info/deposit info matches Green Bank account).

Just went on IRS SITE to check status of my payment and RECEIVED MESSAGES FROM IRS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE MY BANKING INFO AND HAD TO SUBMIT IT AGAIN!!!

I AM A SINGLE PARENT WHO IS NOW UNEMPLOYED AND HAD LOW AGI AS WELL 

ALMOST EVERYONE I KNOW RECEIVED THEIR DEPOSIT!

BECAUSE TURBOTAX IS INCOMPETENT I BOW HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I CAN EXPECT THAT PAYMENT!

I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR PREPERATION AND ALL OTHER BS!!

My stimulus deposit is still not on my turbo tax debit card!  The IRS said it was deposited on April 15th, but my balance still says 0!  What is going on!  I unable to call and speak to anyone, this very frustrating!

I'm still waiting on my deposit. I have checked the Get My Payment tool and my intuit turbodebit card EVERYDAY. There has been absolutely no change, except that  the Turbo debit card took out the monthly fee, so now its negative. Are we ever going to get our Stimulus? Or atleast a **bleep** deposit date??? Something, anything, would be nice.

What are you talking about!  "Get my payment " says the stimulus payment was DD on the 15th, SO WHERE IS OUR MONEY!  I WILL NEVER EVER USE TURBO TAX AGAIN IN LIFE, I WILL MAKE ALL SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS SO PEOPLE WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES!  WHERE THE HELL IS OUR MONEY!!!!
