Will I get my refund this year?

Last year, the IRS took my return because of student loans debt. At the very beginning of 2017, I started college full-time and I've applied for academic forgiveness and have begun the rehabilitation program to get my loans out of default. So, will I get my refund since I am paying on my loans? Or will the IRS take it again?

You will need to contact the irs directly and they will let you know if you have any tax offset that would affect your return.
