No, you are supposed to report all income, including unreported tips.

Will I get introuble for adding unreported tips to my taxes? Will I be audited?

Will they put a hold on my return or will my employer get in trouble? Does it automatically take out the taxes owed and fill out the form for unreported tips?

If the unreported tipw were tip-outs to other employees, that's not your taxable income.
