Will forms have to be sent when amending a tax return?

I forgot to include a 1099-G and when printing out the amended 1040x form it also printed out the new 1040 and itemized forms as well.  Do I send all the forms that printed and the 1099-G, or please tell me what I have to send in to the IRS.  Thank you.

For a change related to a 1099-G, include the signed 1040-X, the updated 1040 (page 1 and 2), the updated Schedule A, and any tax credit or other form of your tax return that is now different because of this change.

You don't send the 1099-G or any tax forms which you receive. Only send the forms above which you produce.
