How do I get credit for Turbo Tax software which has unable to file a correct state return?

You are asking from TT online. There is no state efile fee; it is for state prep.

WI return does not allow entry to Line 11, Form 1 for a common & legitimate state subtraction from income.  This required my time to manually file an amended return outside TT.  Tried to get to TT HELP to report the software failure, but only given option to speak to a "CPA" for another $110.  I am asking for a refund since the software was unable to accurately and correctly produce my state return.  Product I used was TT Premier.  I have reported this problem to the state of WI since will be a rather common problem for WI taxpayers.
