Why would the internal revenue says my federal return says it is still being processed?

Your return will show as being processed until it has been accepted or rejected by the IRS.  You can also check your status by logging back into your return in TurboTax, or you can go online and check it and make sure your return has been filed and there aren’t any problems.  See the TurboTax FAQ below for more information.
