Why when we just filed a joint return through turbo and accepted, does IRS status say nothing can be told about this return on my ssn but gives a full status on my wifes

The IRS where’s my refund website will only pull up information using the taxpayers name and SSN who are listed first on the tax return, or who would be listed on the top line on a printed return.

The IRS where’s my refund website will only pull up information using the taxpayers name and SSN who are listed first on the tax return, or who would be listed on the top line on a printed return.
