Why was i taxed on this amended return in march 2019? Can you help me do this correctly this times?

this is interest on cash i draw on and not an ira. How do i enter this correctly in this amended form? new tax laws do not require tax on interest earned on "cash" so want to get $$ back

You should keep all your posts in the same thread. We don't understand what you are talking about. What kind of account did you take cash out of? Like a Savings Account or Bank CD? Or brokerage account? You don't pay tax on withdrawals but you do pay tax on interest earned and investment sales. Did you get a 1099 INT or 1099B or what kind of form?
