Hi, I realize it’s d-day, April 15, but I am wondering why after I filed late last night, technically quite early this morning, my Fed return was accepted pretty quickly, but my IL and IN returns are still pending almost 15 hours later. They will actually be filed today, correct? Thanks.

It usually takes longer for the state to be accepted. You e-filed before the deadline so you are okay---they were filed on time.
Watch your emails.
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
