Why Not Say IRS Is Backed Up?

So many unnecessary posts questioning why customers haven't received a refund or that the IRS isn't tracking their refund. Instead Turbo Tax has static statements that say you will get your electronically filed tax refund within 3 weeks. All those constant updates and never a word that it won't be in 3 weeks. Meanwhile it creates post after post of customers thinking that their filing has a problem.

You're missing the point. You paid for Turbo Tax which is supposed to handle your taxes, so if anyone is supposed to know of any backlog then Turbo Tax should, and they should keep everyone informed of delays and make it clear to all customers. Yet they say repeatedly that if you file electronically you'll get your refund in 3 weeks. It is you who don't care since you cannot read and are not paying attention. Of course it's tax time. That's why you and everyone else used Turbo Tax RECENTLY.... unless you file your taxes in December. And it's not only the false information you've accepted that's the created the problem, there are posts after posts asking not only why refunds have not been processed but why does the IRS not even acknowledge that your taxes were filed. All they have is an email from TT that vaguely says their taxes were accepted by the IRS, without providing any supporting documentation of this acceptance you can reference. You define what a message board troll is with your lame agenda. Otherwise you wouldn't be here.
