Why is TurboTax estimating my 2023 tax situation and providing quarterly Vouchers assuming I will owe a money without knowing the information. I have never gotten before

1040-ES. Do I ignore this or is this a mistake Turbotax did?

You are not required to use the 1040ES vouchers.   If you expect to owe at least $1000 next year at tax time, using those vouchers to send in estimated quarterly payments can help you avoid an underpayment penalty.   If you do not want to use them, just toss them out or shred them.

If you get those vouchers, TurboTax is telling you you under-withheld on your 2022 taxes.
