Why is Turbo Tax not showing me my rejected tax return that I amended for prior year?

I received an email stating my federal amended tax return is rejected and says to login and find out more. When I login, it keeps focusing the homepage to 2023 tax return. I need to see my 2021 rejected tax return that I just amended. I click on prior year returns and it shows me rejected for 2021 but no more options on why it got rejected or how to fix it. The homepage is useless because it keeps forcing me to file 2023, which I don't want to right now.

You have to paper file prior year amended return. You can only efile current year amendments.
