Why is Turbo tax holding my previous tax returns hostage? It won't show me my old documents or let me contact someone for help unless I pay for a new service. WFT?

The navigation bar on the left does not show any options to view my account or documents like the example in the help  sections shows. I get put in a circle from intuit to turbotax. When I went for help and wanted to talk to a person it gave a prompt that it couldn't put me through to anyone because I haven't selected a product or subscription. I am not buying anything from turbo tax but have in the past . I paid for my previous tax returns  I shouldn't have to  fork over more money.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2023 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
