Why is there a delay on my tax refund

It says there is a delay on my tax refund and i wad wondering as to why that would be? If i did something wrong while filing?

Only the IRS can tell you why.

Going forward, consider changing your W4 withholdings so that you do not need to wait for a refund at tax time.
