everytime i call the phone number doesnt work and neither does my turbocard app on my phone

I've been having the same issue today the app and the costumer service number not working !!! Who can we contact for this ?

I am having the same issue. When I tried an ATM, the machine kept displaying " Cannot read card". Unsure, if I am the only having this issue.

ive been trying to log into my turbodebit account since 7:45am today, it's now 10am, it takes forever to login and then once it does im greeted by an error.  tried the phone, the app.

Same here the last time I logged in was yesterday  afternoon and it was working fine. I have not been able to get through the app or website today .Can anyone help with this or give us a answer !!! The costumer service number is NOT WORKING!! I've been having so many issues with turbo debit this year and it will be my last year using them for my tax refund!!!
