Why is my return still only accepted after being filed and accepted on March 7th?

Only the IRS can tell you.  After your return is Accepted the IRS doesn't update Turbo Tax about your return.  Your status in Turbo Tax will never change.  And Turbo Tax just gives everybody an estimated date of 21 days.
