Can TT prove all of the Colorado State refunds were sent electronically? There seems to be several individuals stating the same thing and TT has offered no proof they were tramsmitted other than a time stamp. It should not take several days for the status to say Accepted. If TT in fact made a mistake then own it and give an ETA whe said issue will be rectified. Please don’t keep pushing the blame to the state without proof.
I filed the same day as you and still nothing. I am wondering if it's a turbo tax issue not uploading them
I agree. The state is too busy handing out money to people who came here on a bus, that don't pay taxes and live here.
I have always thought the state was run ass backwards. This delay just proves it.
This makes no sense why would someone who filed on Friday get accepted the same day for a refund while others who filed weeks ago are still pending.
Turbo tax never uploaded them
All who have concerns about the status of your return and the "Colorado State Black Hole" we are all in together, contact the Colorado Tax Revenue Help Line. I have provided the link to their contact page below. If you get any updates that haven't already been posted in this forum, please pass it along. Thank you.

Same here. Filed on 2/4 because of that extra CO form. No information about the radio silence at all. Now they are saying its potentially another 3-4 weeks to be accepted from the 12th. Its the 20th! Federal was accepted in minutes. This has been ridiculous
Is there anything we can do to expedite this? I usually use my tax return on paying my home owners Adams county taxes.. this year as everyone knows, are bonkers.
Patches756,
Their returns are getting accepted NOT processed. When I talked to the Colorado State Tax Revenue agent today he said when he submitted his it was accepted immediately. He did this several days ago, but it is still in a pending status. His is not being processed either, yet. So, it would seem all returns, whether submitted directly through the Colorado Tax e-file process or through tax software like TT, are all going into a pending status until the backlog in this Colorado State created "Black Hole" is cleared out. Likely to prevent fraud. Then they will start processing them. If they find duplicates, those taxpayers are going to have additional delays until they can figure out if fraud is involved and which one to process and which one to pitch.
I can understand delays… but to not even accept it?? I mean wtf..

some good news are on this thread.
2 peoples tax just got accepted!
Make that 3. I just found out an hour ago. I didn’t use TT I used freetaxUSA and was like all of you waiting since 02/02. Just happened upon this blog looking into why it hasn’t even been accepted. I think you’ll all be fine in another day or 2
You Turbo Tax moderators have completely missed the bus to the concerns expressed here. Instead of answering the questions head on, you have dodged and misdirected every single time. Everyone now clearly understands that there are delays in Colorado. You really don't need to beat that into us any more. The main complaint made by most here is that TT is not providing any method to see that the return was electronically accepted by the state, or some sort of confirmation that TT at least sent it. Instead, we're in an eternal holding pattern wondering what the hell happened to our return. The silence from TT in this matter is also deafening. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future, as I've never found another tax software that works as well. However, this has been a learning experience. I will never again use TT to efile my state return. Instead, I will file directly with the State of Colorado after I efile my federal return. At least that way I'll have immediate confirmation that my return was in fact accepted by the state.
I filed with H&R Block this year on a whim. State return has been filed but not “recieved” on the revenue website. The problem is on the department of revenue’s end.
Not true filers that submitted returns recenyly were accepted immediately. TT either didn't submit them on time or hasn't submitted them at all.
