Did you enter the social security of the taxpayer? New York may have made a change that didn't require a rejection. Here is link describing it. refund adjustment
My ss# is the same and I looked at my taxes and all my info was the same. It has to be a glitch. Also when I log in to my NYS account it shows that it was received.

Troubleshooting:
I looked at line 78 on my tax return and it shows the same amount. Also my SSN matches and so does everything else. I’m guessing it’s a glitch because my NYS account shows I filed electronically on the date it was accepted and turbo tax also shows NYS accepted the return. Just going to play the waiting game I guess.
