I filed at the end of Jan and was accepted by the IRS on 2/11. Since then nothing has happened - no movement on wheres my refund .. no money has been received by Santa Barbara Bank (turbo tax bank). Many people who have filed after me got it already and many people are in my position. This is crazy. I just want my money !!!

I'm in the exact same boat I filed my taxes on January the 24th and then there was a glitch in the state and I had to refile again now it's been in the status of excepted for almost a month and no one can tell me anything is anyone else having this issue?
The crazy part is .. u cant even go by the wheres my refund tool on the irs website because it seems to only update for some. I know people who either filed when i did or AFTER and have gotten their refunds but the wheres my refund tracker never updated to approved or to a deposit date. SMH
Every return is different.
Once your return is accepted by the IRS, Turbo Tax will not receive any update on your return.
Please visit the Where's My Refund website to track your return.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
If over 21 days since being Accepted by the IRS and the tax refund is still Processing you can call the IRS and speak with an IRS agent concerning your tax refund.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
This is the longest I have ever waited. It is a simple, small amount refund. No credits no numerous W2’s just paycheck and social security. It has been over amonth and a half and not even accepted yet??????????????? A & R Block never has this problem.

"not even accepted yet..."
I'm not sure how you are using the term "accepted", since that's an efile term. So if you efiled, then you first need to make sure you successfully filed your return.
If you used Online TurboTax, log into your account and go to the Tax Home. What is displayed there for the status? Which of these terms is used--accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
If you efiled, and if the Tax Home shows the efile was accepted, use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool to check on the refund status. Is there any message there?
The IRS normally uses 3 stages:
When you report back the results of the Tax Home and the IRS WMR tool, we can tell you what to do next. Also mention how long it has been since you filed.
