Why havent i got taxes yet

Soo I was sopposed  to get my taxes on the 19th but still nothing the bar is all the way across  but the dot isn't filled like the rest and when I go to irs to check it says the info you have entered doesn't match or records anyone have a idea what's going on

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.  “21 days”  is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.  

Your federal refund amount is on line 35a of your Form 1040
