No, you receiving a advance on your TurboTax Debit Card has no bearing on when you will receive your Stimulus Payment.  

If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here:   TurboTax Debit Card Login

I checked my status of my stimulus direct deposit from the irs webbsite and it said it was deposited on the 15th of april to my turbo tax account # and yet i still haven't received no payment!
