Do you mean a 2018 Federal refund you were expecting?

When did you file the 2018 return?    Did you file it last year with last year's Online TurtoTax and never received a Federal refund you were due?

Or did you more recently file a late 2018 return in the last few weeks by printing and mailing?

If you filed the 2018 return last year, did you file it by efile or by printing and mailing?  If it was prepared online, log into your Online account, and at the Tax Home scroll down to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents."  Expand that section and choose tax year 2018.   What does it say about the 2018 return--which of these terms:  accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
