Why hasn't my Colorado return been filed?

Your State e-file is currently pending, which means that we have your tax return but it has not yet been filed and accepted
Once Colorado accepts your return, they should send your refund within a few weeks
So, sit tight for now. You should receive an email from us within 48 hours confirming that your return has been filed, or with instructions for any additional steps that need to be taken.

Well-----if it is in pending----it has indeed been e-filed.  You are just waiting for CO to pull it from the server.
