Got the email from TPG yesterday that I could start checking to see if my refund deposited today. So far, nothing. I’m a little desperate for these funds, so I decided to call TPG just to see if I could get more information, but I couldn’t get past the automated system because it said my SSN was invalid. I filed as single, so I don’t know what other SSN they could possibly want me to enter. It’s the same SSN that I used to check the IRS website, and indeed the TPG website, and it worked fine in those instances. BTW, the status on the TPG website says “funded”, but there is no way to check the actual status of the transfer.
