Why dose the IRS web site say they will be sending checks out the after the 15th but yall say the 27th

“Where’s My Refund?” will update for EITC/ACTC refunds beginning Feb. 16, with the vast majority updating by Feb. 18.

Taxpayers will begin to see refunds claiming EITC/ACTC the week of Feb. 27

This may be semantics, but AFTER the 15th can be anytime after that...even a month later.
