I only have one account. And I didn't log out and log back in during the time between when I e-filed the form and got the TurboTax email that the IRS had accepted the filed form.

I filed my taxes with TurboTax then My taxes were accepted. I paid my state and my federal taxes with TurboTax but now they’re saying I did not pay them. What do I do
