Why does the TurboTax website say my refund is $1637 and also say that the irs accepted my refund of $1134, yet I only received $946

Check the 1040 line 35a. Do you have a state refund for $503? Federal and state are completely separate and from from different places at different times. At the end Turbo Tax just shows you the net federal and state combined. But that is only for your info.

Then were you having the fees deducted from your refund? There is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California) for that.
