Why does the timeline on TurboTax show that my taxes were accepted and the irs.gov where’s my return doesn’t show any update?

Once your return is accepted, only the IRS would know when you will receive your refund.  TurboTax does not get any updates regarding the processing of your return or when you will receive your refund.
