Why does SBTPG keep lying about having checks in the mail?

Why do these people keep lying? I've been told now about 8 different dates that my check was supposedly sent. The last I spoke to someone he said, I promise your check is in the mail and you will get it by 2-23-2022. Why does SBTPG keep lying? Why are you holing my money? And don't lie and say its offsets as I know I don't owe the IRS anything, spoke to a rep there on 2-16-2022.

Why does SBTPG keep lying about having checks in the mail?

It is usually within 5 days from the date of mailing will you receive the check. However, you can contact SBTPG as they should be able to tell you why the check was issued.

Why does SBTPG keep lying about having checks in the mail?

@SForrestLO The problem is they keep saying it is in the mail, and then when it never comes they say, oh sorry I guess it never got sent. Thus starting the process of waiting over again. This has been happening since 2-24-2022. It's been a month. It does not take a month to print and mail a check. It's just ridiculous.

I'm having the same issue, Turbo Tax will not address it and neither will SBTPG. I am filing a lawsuit, I suggest you get on board.

Why does SBTPG keep lying about having checks in the mail?

They told me a check was sent December 22nd that’s way longer than 5 days
