Why does my state tax return have the wrong year printed on the return?

When I go to print out my 2016 Louisiana state tax return, 2015 is listed on the return instead of 2016.

You have downloaded the PDF of the 2016 tax return from either the 2016 Welcome Home screen or from the 2016 online account in My Account>Print Center>Print, save or preview this year's return?  Correct?

Yes.  The federal tax return portion shows the correct year, but not the state tax return.

Thank you for that information.  This is at least the second time we have seen this issue, however with a different state.
