No one would know why your return says "still processing". Only the IRS (or State) has the answers. "Being processed", means the IRS must first process your return and then approve your refund. It's possible your tax return may require additional review and take longer.
@IshonJ TurboTax transmit what is entered into the program. The IRS & State receives your return & they start processing it. If they find an error, could be math, forms, etc, it will take them longer to process that return, & with Covid-19, it is taking allot longer to process returns.
The IRS is closed & they are not taking phone calls. They are still processing e-filed returns & stimulus checks but they have been behind.
It is taking the IRS longer to process returns since they are closed. They are still processing e-filed returns but the 21 days (business days) is not the standard now due to Covid-19. The IRS is not processing mailed in returns at this time.

My return says still processing. If there was a problem wouldn't it have been caught by Turbotax before directing me to send and file. the Turbo tax site says it was sent and received 3/10/2020 and I should have recived my refund by 3-30-2020. Please help I can't contact IRS directly during this coronovirus situation

Accepted means your tax return is now in the government's hands and has passed the initial inspection (your verification info is correct, dependents haven't already been claimed by someone else, etc.).
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

@Critter That's my exact answer above!
@bluedeb It was worth repeating ... seems like posters fail to read the thread before they leave a message.
@Critter It's no problem, you are right the same answer for the same questions, seem to be ignored.
