Why does my pending refund in my back account not match the amount that it says on my state return on turbo tax?

The state refund that turbo tax is exactly $1700 more than what is pending in my account.

TurboTax receives no information from the IRS or from your state after you file your tax return.   If the state changed something on your tax return the state will send you a letter to explain.  Or you can contact the state to ask them.
