This sometimes occurs when a customer pays with their refund. You can double check everything is in order in your account. If you can't see "My Tools" when you log in, choose the option "add a state" to unlock it.
- Go to the left side on your screen under "Tax Home"
- Go to "Tax Tools" then "Tools"
- The "Tools Center" Box will pop up, choose the icon on the right labeled "My Fees"
