Why does it say my state refund is $6 when it’s supposed to be $220? will i still be charged for my federal due or is it covered my state refund?

No. Federal and state are completely separate. You will get the full refund and need to pay any tax due. It's just at the end Turbo Tax shows you the net combined of both. But that is only for you own information. Why is your state refund suppose to be $220?
