Have you already received your refund? If you used the "Pay with my Refund" option, TurboTax does take their fee from your refund. If you refund is delayed for some reason, (I'm not sure what the length of time is), TurboTax must go ahead and collect your fees from another source. If that happens, there should be no TurboTax fees deducted from your refund.
