Why did the IRS say they didn’t have my bank info for my stimulus payment? I filed 2019 taxes with turbo tax and received my refund through direct deposit.

I have the same problem. I have been filing with turbo tax for 9 years and have always received my refund electronically to my bank account.  Now the Get my payment web site is saying it doesn’t have my direct deposit information. When I go to update my information it comes up with not valid message. After two tries it kicks me out, asking to return in 24 hrs. Frustrating.
