Why did my state refund not post?
Why do i not have a state refund?
What does that mean? Are you expecting a state refund and have not yet received it? And are you asking how to check on it? A state refund comes separately from the Federal refund.
The only amount posted was for federal but the state amount is zero but on the actual tax form it has a refund amount

Sorry, but I'm still not understanding.
Are you sure the state return was successfully filed? Here's how to check:
If you efiled, be sure your efiled state return was accepted. If you used Online TurboTax, you can check by looking in your Online account at the Tax Home. What term is shown there--does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
I don't know what you mean by "state amount is zero" and where you are seeing that. Also what do you mean by "posted?" Posted to what? Does that mean a direct deposit to your bank/card account? If so, the Federal and state refunds come separately and can be at widely different days. They would be very unlikely to arrive on the same day.
Or are you seeing a state refund of $0 mentioned somewhere? If so, where?
Otherwise, I don't know what you mean by "post."
Or are you trying to say that you received a deposit of your Federal refund, but have not yet received your state tax refund? If so, we can tell you how to check on the state tax refund, if the return was successfully filed when you check on the efile status by the method I mentioned above.
