Why did i get a cp05 notice

I am poor. I made less my adjustable gross income is less than 10000. Why is the irs sending me a cp05 form?

The CP05 notice is a notice of review. There is nothing to do at this time. The letter probably says you will hear from them within 60 days. Once that date has passed you should contact them for an update. Here is a link with more information on the topic.
