Why can't TurboTax Desktop Download have a user friendly font size?

Every year I purchase TT Deluxe Download for my Mac, and every year I squint painfully and crane my neck to read the 8-pt. font in the app. Why on earth can't Intuit just bump up the font size? According to their website, Intuit champions diversity and inclusion, they fall in love with their customers' problems, and they sweat every detail of the experience to deliver excellence. But every year when I do my taxes with TT Desktop Download, I feel like Intuit really doesn't care about older people who don't have perfect vision. It would be such a simple thing to bump up the font size. It would be the easiest thing in the world that they could do to improve the usability of the product and make so many of their customers happy and really show how they value inclusion and diversity and product excellence. But no, every year, it's the same tiny little font.
