Why can't I paste a password into the password field?
I use a password manager so I can control passwords in a secure way, without writing them down, I do have to use the same passwords repeatedly, I do not need to remember them. I do not need to know my passwords and I change them regularly. Why is that not good enough for you?
Does this look like a password which is easy to type: Me6hTTqHyY3KjPV6?
I have 15 1099s to import and you have screwed up my god-damned day!
I am trying to use TurboTax to pull 1099 data from my investment sites, and now it is not compatible with my password manager? It will not even allow me to paste my 15 character password in the field? A major benefit of using your software is importing data. If I cannot do that you are **bleep** to me.
I DO NOT understand how removing copy paste is beneficial to any user or makes your software more secure, explain that to me. This does not explain restricting pasting a password.
You are forcing me to write down a password in order to enter it into your import process, HOW IS THAT MORE SECURE? Most of my passwords are more than 10 characters. Making your copy paste not work does not increase security, it make this application MUCH LESS SECURE
The only thing this accomplishes is pissing me off and making this process less secure and more frustrating. Your security is NOT, it sucks.
