Why are pdf tax forms all blank?

I have just filed my taxes and then downloaded the forms in pdf. All the forms are blank - no information in any of the lines. Even stranger - my forms from prior years are also blank, though they were fully filled in when I downloaded them a year ago and earlier

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work, try using a different browser all together.

I seem to recall another use had that problem too..

They switched to a different PDF viewer, and the numbers appeared ....don't recall which viewer was the problem.

My return was blank except for the vouchers as well. After a few hours with customer service I switched from Chrome to IE and the forms were completely filled in with the correct data.

Looking at my 2022 tax files, changing browsers, deleting cookies and using a different device all together didn't work. I filed married but all the forms say is my name and single instead of married, everything else is blank.

If you filed as Married, but your PDF show Single, maybe you started a return as Single, never finished it, and then filed as Married. The first return could be the one you are looking at.

Also, maybe your User ID for your Married return was different than the one you started as Single.
