Which documents/forms should be mailed to amend the error on 1099-Q?

My 2022 tax return has an error on the taxed 1099-Q. (All 529 expenses were used on college education expenses, room and board.)  I am amending it from my 2022 Turbo tax desktop.  In the very last step, it does not have an e-File option, it asked me: 

"What forms would you like to generate?" for mail printing.  It has one option of 2022 Federal Tax Return which includes Form 1040X, Form 1040 and other Schedules and Forms.  I can unclick "2022 Federal Tax Return" and then choose any one of the forms from the list.   Should I choose only Form 1040X or all the forms listed in 2022 Federal Tax Return?

To amend the return, you will need the 1040X and any forms related to any changes you made.  For example, if you are changing education expenses, you must include Schedule 3 and Form 8863.
