my return was rejected and i need to fix it, but i did not find button "fix my return" when i open my download turbotax software.

I can't find a fix my return button
If you are not seeing the "Fix my return" button. you will just need to sign into your return and search for the item causing your rejection and go to that section. Make the change and select File in the left-hand menu. Follow the onscreen instructions to either e-file your return or file by mail.

It is not a rejection but a transmission is which I see others have had. Please help. The suggestion to call is probably the best idea.

It says i need to fix my Ny tax refund by telling some School Districts? Why is that?
Sign into the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.
See Fix my return in the enter of the screen.
The New York State tax return instructions states that "School aid may be affected if the school district or code number is not correct".
Not working. No fix my return button or view or anything
Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. @Mark Chekal Please describe or explain exactly what problem you are having so someone can figure out how to help you. We cannot see your screen or your tax return. Is your e-file being rejected? Tell us what the rejection message says.
