where's my tax retun?

This is getting crazy! I filed on Feb 9th easy , been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. estimated return day is March 3rd. That date comes and goes, I receive a identity verification letter from IRS on 17th of March, I verify the next day, no issues, seems routine. I have the app on my phone to check daily, never goes to "Refund Approved" I've tried to find anything online or a phone number...nothing. I also spoke with a professional tax expert through turbo Ta, he said if they are going to take longer than 6 weeks to process after you have verified your identity they send you a letter requesting additional time to process your return I haven't received any other communication, I did find online IRS.gov that it cold take up to 9 weeks, but I'm already at the 9 weeks and nothing...HELP!

Sorry---TurboTax cannot help or speed up the IRS for you.   It can take nine weeks or more after you verify your identity to get your refund.   The IRS does not provide any information to TurboTax after you file your tax return.   Only the IRS can tell you when you will receive it.  You can keep watching the IRS refund site or you can try calling the IRS.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To  call the IRS:IRS:  800-829-1040  hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Mon-Fri

Listen to each menu before making the selection.

First choose your language. Press 1 for English.

Then do NOT choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.

Instead, press 2 for "personal income tax".

Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".

Then press 3 "for all other questions."

Then press 2 "for all other questions."  It should then transfer you to an agent.
