Where's my refund

I filed HOH on a 1040 in February of 2021 for the tax year 2020. My online bank account rejected the refund, saying it was too large. I have contacted IRS numerous times, only to get no answers. Now a year later, I still don't have my tax refund and never received stimulus payments! I am about to go through losing my home, and I really need that money. Just had a baby. Where's my refund tool does not even recognize me anymore. Is there anyone that can help me?!!! I've even sent form 911 to a tax advocate.

The IRS is the only one that can provide you with information or reissue these payments. You will need to keep trying to call them at 800-829-1040.
