Has the IRS approved and released your refund?  What do you see in this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

The early refund offer is "Up to" 5 days early; i.e.,  anytime between 1-5 days early.  It's based on when the IRS set the refund to be sent.  If you don't get your refund at least 1 day earlier than if it had come directly from the IRS, then TurboTax says the fee for that offer won't be charged.  NOTE:  If you chose to get it in a Credit Karma MoneySpend account, there was no fee anyway.    Read more details here:
